If any of
these are used for research or commercially please cite the relevant references.
1. ParLeS.
Shareware for chemometric analysis of spectroscopic data. The software
was developed for diffuse reflectance spectroscopy but may be used for
other highly collinear data. It has the following capabilities:
1. pre-processes data
2. performs principal components analysis (PCA)
3. performs partial least squares regression (PLSR)

2. ColoSol.
Shareware for colour space model transformations. The software was developed
for transformations of soil colour. Transformations between the following
colour models are possible:
(i.) RGB
data to dRGB, XYZ, xyY, CIELUV, CIELAB, CIELCH, Helmholtz coordinates,
Munsell HVC and a Redness index and
(ii) Munsell HVC data to XYZ, xyY, CIELUV, CIELAB, CIELCH, Helmholtz coordinates,
RGB, dRGB and a Redness index.

3. PCA.
Shareware for Principal Components Analysis.
