The University of Sydney Archives produces the journal Record each year. It contains articles by our researchers and staff on aspects of the history of the University.
2007 - Authors include Dr Peter Chippendale, Roderic Campbell and Alison Ward. Also includes contact details and information on the holdings of other University archives and collecting institutions.
2006 - Authors include Professor Marjorie Jacobs AO, Dr Neil Radford and Roderic Campbell.
2005 - Articles by Dr Peter Chippendale on the first matriculants of the University and by Roderic Campbell on Professor Charles Badham and University bursaries.
2004 - Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the University of Sydney Archives
2002 - Authors include Michael Bannigan on the University and the Rhodes Scholarship and, Lee Jobling on The First Women Graduates and John Anderson and Ruth Walker.
2000 - Peter Chippendale continues his series on the early Chancellor's with an article on Francis Lewis Shaw Merewether; Sir Bruce Williams, former Vice-Chancellor comments on Edmund Barton and his membership of the University Senate; and, Gwenna Spratt reminiscences about her time as a student at Sydney Teachers College from 1937 to 1938.
1998, No 1 Articles by Mr David Wood on university fund raising and Dr Margaret Dwyer on retention and disposal decisions for records created by academic departments.
