Privacy policy and legislation
The University is subject to the two NSW Privacy Acts:
Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998
Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002
The Univeristy has its own privacy policy and a Privacy Management Plan which sets out how it will comply with the Acts.
