Aircraft (Aviation) Hull

This policy covers damage to aircraft which your department may hire/charter and fly with the permission of the owner (i.e. where University staff or students pilot the aircraft). This policy applies whilst the aircraft is in the care custody and control of the University staff, including students undertaking tuition. The policy also covers any third party liability arising out of the use of the aircraft.
