Guidelines

1. The maximum duration of any trip covered by the policy is 365 days. should be advised by email 10 days prior to departure of trips of more than 180 days.
2. Travel insurance provided by The University of Sydney does not cover the issues below. It is the traveller's responsibility to arrange their own insurance associated with:
   (a) Accompanying spouse and family (children).
   (b) Any associated holiday or personal travel.
3. "Pre-existing medical conditions" should be supplied to 10 days prior to departure with a letter from the treating doctor advising of the condition and suitability to travel overseas.
