Admission Requirements
Applicants for the Graduate Certificate, Graduate Certificate (Biotechnology), Graduate Diploma, and Master of Bioethics should hold an undergraduate degree in science, medicine, nursing, allied health sciences, philosophy/ethics, sociology/anthropology, history, law, or other relevant field. To apply to the Master of Bioethics (Honours) i.e. the research Masters degree students must first complete at least 4 units of study in, and have a distinction average or better in, the Sydney Bioethics Program.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for each semester, with admissions closing approximately one month before each semester commences. International students should allow hotlink to ample extra time in order to receive a letter of offer which will allow application for a visa.

One Commonwealth-supported (HECS) postgraduate scholarship is available for semester 2, 2007 for a full-time local student (Australian citizen or permanent resident). Application deadline is 1 July 2006, and applications will be judged based on financial need and/or merit. Please email for more information.
