Cost: Fee of $80.00 for six months or $160.00 for twelve months)
Required documentation for you to be issued with a card:
- Completed Library Borrower’s card application form
- Photo identification such as your driver’s licence or passport
- Two forms of proof of address (e.g. bank statement, electricity bill, rates notice)
