The personal information and photograph you supply to facilitate the issuing of your Student Card will be managed in line with the University Privacy Policy.

Only staff within University Card Services authorised to issue cards have access to the University Card Management System where your information is stored.

Policy and Procedures

The University of Sydney Student Card Policy applies to all student cards issued by the University.

Any attempt to obtain a University of Sydney Student card fraudulently or improper use of your card will be dealt with under the appropriate University policies.

Your University of Sydney Student card is not valid if mutilated, defaced or damaged.
