Tai was recently nominated to participate in an English Australia (EA) project to review the Best Practice in Pastoral Care document. The outcome of this project will be a Guide to Best Practice in Providing Student Support Services for all EA affliate members.
Tai strives to help students in the following areas:
- homestay/accommodation complaints
- job search advice
- travel/leisure activities
- stress management
- homesickness
- Study skills
- Adjusting to Sydney
- Personal issues
- Family issues
- Relationship problems
You can meet with Tai on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday between 9am and 3pm. Please see reception and they will book you in for an appointment.
Experienced staff are also available at CET to provide you with educational advice about options for further studies - universities, business colleges, technical colleges.
If you are having problems with your course, we suggest that you talk to your teacher first and then if the problem persists, book an appointment to talk to your education manager.
