Costs

Rates are calculated on the basis of a group of students and we will provide a tailor made costing relative to our client needs. The minimum number per group is 15 while the maximum per class is 20. Fees including tuition, accommodation, activities and airport transfers are available upon request.

The following are questions which will help us provide you with an accurate quotation:

• What is the expected number of students?
• What is their age range? (Students must be over 16 years of age. Copies of passports are requested for proof of age.)
• What are the proposed arrival and departure dates for the tour? (i.e. dates and months)
• What is the proposed length of the tour? (i.e. Number of weeks, months)
• What is the current level of English of each student?
• Will the group be accompanied by a tour leader? If so, how many and what is their position & responsibility?
• Which accommodation option would you prefer?
  
  • Option 1: On Campus Accommodation (This is subject to availability in term breaks)
    
  • Option 2: Homestay Accommodation (3 meals at weekends, breakfast and dinner provided on week days)
    
  • Option 3: Other (on request)
• Do you require packed lunches? If yes, how many?
• Do you require any recreational and/or educational excursions to be included in your program? (i.e. Sydney Opera House & Botanical Gardens, Taronga Zoo, sports activities on-campus, Blue Mountains Day Trip, etc)
• Does the group have a special interest or focus they would like within the study tour? For example: Australian culture, visits to certain places, sports

Please note the following:
Age Policy: Students must be over 16 years of age. Copies of passports are requested for proof of age.

Minimum Requirement: Each tour group must have a minimum number of participating students. If at any time the group number is reduced the full amount for 15 students will still be charged.

Maximum requirement: 15 - 20 students per class are recommended. For study tours with over 21 students, 2 classes may be conducted.

It is our recommendation that students are given at least 1, preferably 2, free afternoons per week.
