The Alumni Council held its annual Christmas function
in the Refectory Room in the Main Quadrangle on Tuesday 25 November. Over 60 alumni
and guests attended the event. Dr Catchlove welcomed guests and thanked
Council members for their contributions throughout the year. He also thanked Ms
Tracey Beck and the Alumni Relations Office and Ms Debbie Bowman for their support.
The
Vice-Chancellor, Dr Michael Spence, also acknowledged the efforts of the Alumni
Council. He paid tribute to Dr Barry Catchlove, for his many achievements as President.
2008 represents the third successive year as President for Dr Catchlove. 2006 2007
