This course provides practitioners from a range of areas (behavioural science, dental, education, health, medical, nursing, rehabilitation, social work, therapy) with the opportunity to gain a graduate credential that reflects specialist knowledge and skills in the developmental disability field. Students who successfully complete the graduate certificate are eligible for full credit for their study and can articulate to the master's course.

Please note that the closing date for domestic student applications for Semester 1 2010 will be 30 October 2009. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Course completion requirements
24 credit points: students are to complete as required the core, elective and general elective units of study shown in the Table of units of study for the award as set out in the Faculty of Health Sciences handbook.
