This program aims to advance the knowledge, skills, and attributes of medical radiation professionals in their field of specialisation, and to broaden their exposure to the wider field of health sciences.

The graduate diploma is designed to provide an opportunity for advanced study in an area of current practice in one of three disciplines; diagnostic radiography, nuclear medicine technology or radiation therapy. It is anticipated that this study will be an extension of the student's prior education and professional role. Students who successfully complete the graduate diploma are eligible for full credit for their study and can articulate to the master's course.

Course completion requirements
36 credit points: students are to complete as required the core, elective and general elective units of study shown in the Table of units of study for the award as set out in the Faculty of Health Sciences handbook.
