Application forms for direct admission
Before downloading these application forms, please read the following information about application procedures. The forms cannot be used for all courses or by all applicant types and should only be used to apply for admission into courses in 2010.

International applicants for all course types (undergraduate and postgraduate)
All applicants other than Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents and citizens of New Zealand are considered to be international applicants. In the most cases applicants apply for admission through the University's International Office. All of the information international applicants need is available from the International Office website, as well as downloadable application forms. The application forms on this page are not suitable for use by the international applicants.
Domestic applicants for undergraduate courses and program of study
Citizens and permanent residents of Australia and citizens of New Zealand are considered domestic applicants for the purpose of admission and enrolment. If you are in this group and you wish to apply for admission into an undergraduate course, you would generally apply through the Universities Admissions Centre. There is information about courses that are offered through UAC on the Future Students website. If a course is offered through UAC you generally cannot apply directly for it.
Some of the university's courses are not offered through UAC. If you wish to apply for an undergraduate course which is not offered through UAC, or you wish to enrol as a non-degree, cross-institutional student or honours conversion student, you may be required to use the standard application form available below. Please note that it is best for you to discuss your application with the faculty offering the course before attempting to use this form because it may be that faculty staff will want you to use a form which is specifically for their faculty's course instead of the form here. Faculty staff can also tell you many useful things about application processes which are not mentioned on the standard form.
Domestic applicants for postgraduate courses and programs of study
Citizens and permanent residents of Australia and citizens of New Zealand are considered domestic applicants for the purpose of admission and enrolment. If you are in this group and you wish to apply for admission into a postgraduate course you will generally be able to use the forms which are available here to apply. You can be considered for admission into a postgraduate course by submitting an application to the faculty (not to the department, Student Centre or the Admissions Office) offering the course.

Please note that not all faculties use these application forms for admission into their courses. Some faculties prefer to use their own faculty-specific application forms and some courses require an online UAC application. If you are applying for admission into a course or program of study in one of the faculties listed below, you should contact the faculty before using the forms available here.
Postgraduate UAC for Semester 1, 2010
The following postgraduate courses are being offered through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) for the Semester 1, 2010 intake. Applicants for these courses should apply through UAC Postgraduate. The 2010 UAC Postgraduate Coursework booklet will be available from the Student Centre in September. The booklet may also be downloaded (as a pdf) from UAC Postgraduate.
