Digital and Print Media (DPM) is a central office within the University of Sydney. It produces digital and print marketing and promotional material – including websites, prospectuses, brochures, posters, flyers, invitations and advertisements – for use by all faculties and departments across the University. All digital and print material produced by DPM follows the University’s brand and editorial style guidelines.

DPM also provides print and web templates for a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and corporate publications, to facilitate the production of high-quality, on-brand material by faculties and departments who have the internal resources to produce their own material.

We also oversee use of the University coat of arms and answer queries relating to branding and brand compliance.

DPM services are provided free-of-charge to all University units, although clients must pay for printing costs.

The Digital and Print Media team has expertise in print and web design, branding, copywriting and editing, proofreading, information architecture, image sourcing and photography, accessibility and usability compliance, content management and development, and print buying.
