Permission

Before reproducing photographs in your publication, you must be sure to have the permission of everyone who is identifiable in the image. Permissions are usually secured before the photos are taken, by asking the subjects to complete a release form.

Note that photography of minors (those under 18 years of age) requires the authorisation of a parent/guardian (see photo release form for minors).
