Indigenous Employment
The University of Sydney is committed to creating a work environment in which the unique, rich, and diverse cultural backgrounds of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are acknowledged and valued, and in which the individual career goals and personal aims of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees are identified, promoted, achieved and celebrated.
Introducing and implementing an Indigenous Employment Strategy at the University of Sydney will assist in achieving these goals.
The University's new Indigenous Employment Strategy will encompass a host of initiatives and culturally friendly practices that demonstrate our commitment to Indigenous employment.

About the Logo
The logo for the Indigenous Australians Employment Strategy symbolises the University of Sydney and it's several campuses, education, employment and the community.
