Pop-up blockers
Pop-up blocking software is designed to block unwanted advertising and pop-up ads when you are browsing the internet. Unfortunately, some pop-up blocking software will also treat the eLearning software that opens up new windows as pop-up ads and stop them from opening.
There are several reasons why pop-up blocking software may be causing you problems.
- Check if you have any of the software listed in the table below installed on your computer.
- Then follow the instructions in Solutions to disable the pop-up blocking feature.
