Check site progress

In the past the process for activating a site was quite complicated and took some time to be completed. With the implementation of CE6 and SEAMS we no longer have to migrate sites before they can be made live. As soon as a Sydney eLearning Educational Designer has completed the technical check of your unit, provided there are no problems with the site, they will tick the A2A box in SEAMS, save the changes and your site is ready for the start of semester. You can tell that this has happened when the status for your site changes from "Development" to "Active". You will also be notified by email that your unit is ready for the start of semester.
