The form will allow researchers to be able to use the one form for studies involving the University of Sydney and all their teaching hospitals, University of New South Wales and all their teaching hospitals. If you have already received ethics approval from an Area Health Service Ethics Committee please refer to the section of this site titled Hospitals/CTN/CTX.
