An ethics administration fee of $2,500 (+ GST) is incurred for commercially-sponsored / pharmaceutically-sponsored applications.

(1) If the researcher is negotiating a contract with the BLO the ethics administration fee should be incorporated into the contract.

(2) If the researcher does not have a contract with the BLO a cheque should be made payable to 'The University of Sydney' and attached to the ethics application on submission. If a tax receipt is required for the sponsor company details must be provided.
