Enterprise Bargaining

Welcome to the University of Sydney, 2008 Enterprise Bargaining (EB) site, specifically developed to give you an opportunity to provide feedback to the University's EB representatives on matters that are important to you. The site will also keep you informed of the negotiations as they progress.

Our goal is to achieve an EB outcome that supports the strategic direction of the University while providing outcomes that benefit current staff and attract new staff. To do this, we will continue to consult directly with all staff.

Specifically, our enterprise agreements need to:

  • Support the University's overall strategic directions.
  • Provide value to staff in their employment relationship with the University.
  • Be flexible.
  • Be easy to understand and use.
