The Program Management Office provides project management services and project operations support.

History

The Program Management Office was established early 2002 with the objective of standardising the project management processes across the five program areas within the Major Projects Group.

After the selection and implementation of a common project management methodology (based on Prince2) its continuous improvement became a key objective of the Program Management Office.
