Compass is ICT’s online work request and tracking system. Requests for work can be put forward via your ICT Relationship Manager or your Solution Manager. |

Compass overview
Below is a brief summary of the primary stages of Compass:
- Discuss your request for work with your Relationship Manager or Solution Manager
- Relationship Manager and Solution Managers meet to discuss the ICT Work Request with the requester
- The request for work is entered into Compass by an ICT Solution Owner at the request of the relevant Solution Manager
- The request for work is prioritised by the Solution Manager in light of other requests with the senior portfolio stakeholders
- request for work is considered by the Solution Services Management Group for approval
- The request for work is considered by the ICT Investment Council for funding
