Reporting Faults

To report a fault with any of our AV systems, please call 93516000 or x16000 and our qualified staff will try to talk you through the issue over the phone, or come over to assist you in person.

We will endeavour to repair the fault immediately or we’ll implement a work-around solution to keep your class or seminar in progress. Our staff can also lodge a work request for you, so that the problem can be fixed as soon as possible.

We routinely maintain all of the Audio Visual equipment in the University’s centrally booked teaching spaces to ensure that our systems are functioning at their optimal level and that the learning and teaching experience is smooth and devoid of any AV technical disruptions.

It would be greatly appreciated if chalk dust and dusters are kept away from our AV systems, and that food or beverages, particularly coffee is not placed on the lecterns.
