We provide comprehensive user support for the AV equipped teaching spaces across the University from 8am-9pm weekdays during semester.

Although our standard AV equipment and installations are operationally intuitive, we also have remote access tools so that problems can be dealt with promptly.

On top of that, we have on-line AV Help videos that can be accessed from the desktops in all of our lectern computers, and via this link:

Also, for fundamental AV user support issues, and to help you get started, you can contact your local precinct officer by calling the number posted on the lectern.

You can also call x16000 (menu option 2) and our AV staff can either help you by remotely accessing your AV system, or they can come to your room for face-to-face assistance. This service is designed to provide quick and immediate support of around ten minutes in duration. Longer user support and some AV equipment is also available with at least seven days notice (subject to availability).
