About the ICT Communications Unit.
The ICT Communications unit provides and advises ICT on project communications issues including media relations, internal communications, public relations, consultation, corporate identity, public information and engagement. The Unit supports the work of ICT by formulating and implementing communications strategies for ICT.
What you can expect from the ICT Communications Unit.
- Create awareness of ICT's vision, goals and strategies amongst staff, students and vendors.
- Provide a media relations service to ICT, and its various projects.
- Oversee ICT's internal communications project programs.
- Oversee ICT’s corporate identity.
- Provide support on campaigns and key initiatives.
- Develop a suite of internal communication tools which provide easy access to the information staff need to perform to the best of their ability.
- Clarify and communicate ICT policies and procedures, and set expectations around service delivery to wider University Community.
