Director, Project Services

Ian Ross

As the Director of Project Services, Ian Ross is responsible for overall governance and delivery of ICT projects, defining and introducing project management methodology, mentoring project managers, and management of major projects and programs.

Ian was previously a Project Director for Sun Microsystems, where he was responsible for the delivery of large and complex projects. Prior to this, he was the NSW Professional Services Manager for StorageTek, managing delivery of all project services in NSW. He was also responsible for integration of StorageTek projects into Sun’s systems and processes when StorageTek was acquired by Sun.

Ian has experience in defining and introducing project management methodology, mentoring project managers and management of major projects and programs. He has had extensive experience in project management and is an asset to ICT and the University.
