Director, Client Services

Nick Kovari

As the Director, Client Services Nick and his team are responsible for the delivery of desktop support services, helpdesk services, software fulfillment and licensing services as well as all Access Centre support services and relocation assistance to the University community.

Nick has over 30 years experience in the IT industry with over 25 of them in management roles.
Prior to his employment at the University of Sydney, Nick held senior IT management roles within a number of organisations, including the positions of Group MIS Manager for Healthcare of Australia as well as Corporate MIS Manager and Lead Service Delivery Manager for CSC Australia, a major Australian IT consulting and outsourcing provider.

Nick has also been the Head of IT for the Australian Tourist Commission where he was involved in international inbound tourism and Data Centre Manager for the Australian Stock Exchange, adding to his vast experience within the IT industry.
