Accounts Management & Logins This service covers the provision and management of UniKey accounts.
ICT provides comprehensive specialist Assistive Technology consultation and support services to assist the University in providing suitable technologies for staff and students with a range of disabilities including vision, learning and mobility impairments.
Audio Visual Services 

ICT provides and supports advanced audio visual presentation systems across the University to facilitate presentations and enhance learning and teaching.

Desktop Support  This service is the provision of second level support and service request fulfilment related to the desktop computing environment.  The desktop environment includes desktop, laptop, LAN, printer and software.
Email & Calendars ICT offers an electronic mail (email) service for all staff and students.  The email system also offers Calendar and Contacts functionality, and can be accessed both on and off campus.
Fixed Telephony ICT offers support for Asset Custodians with IT assets due for return to leasing companies and are able to provide End of Lease advice, as well as coordinate return of assets and provide assistance with the selection of replacement hardware if required.
Fixed Telephony  ICT provides and supports the University's fixed desk-based telephony service.  The fixed telephony group install new phones and relocate and modify existing phone connections.
Helpdesk  The Helpdesk is a central contact point for all staff and students for their IT technical and support needs. 
Hosting  ICT provides hosting services to students and faculties.  Hosting allows you to use hardware owned and managed by the University to run and manage your own application, website, database, or to store and share data.
Fixed Telephony  Although faculties and departments are able to order their own equipment direct from the University's preferred suppliers (currently Dell, Lenovo and Apple), ICT also offers a service to facilitate and manage the acquisition, support and distribution of desktops, laptops and desktop printers.
Internet & Network Services  This service provides connectivity between computers, to share resources and information securely.
Mobile & Smart Phones  ICT provides and supports a range of mobile and smart (with PDA capability) phone services to University staff.  This includes provision of mobile handset, mobile phone account management and technical support & assistance.
Software Provisioning  ICT facilitates and manages the acquisition, support and distribution of software for use on the University's equipment. 
Student Computer Laboratories  Student Computer Laboratories, also known as Access Labs, provide students and staff with easy on-campus access to shared computers and peripheral IT services. 
Video Conferencing  ICT provides and supports a range of conferencing services which enable staff and students at the University to participate in virtual lectures, meetings and presentations in real time.
Web Collaboration  Web tools that allow staff and post graduate research students to share and manage information and collaborate online.
