ICT Solution Managers
ICT has five Solutions Managers in the ICT Solution Services team. Each manager has been assigned a portfolio and will be working closely with representatives in both the University and ICT to ensure adequate systems and support are in place to assist the University in enhancing its technology.

As a client contact, each Solution Manager is responsible for the University's technology development and support. They are also the key contact point for senior executives in each University portfolio. To assist the Solution Managers, ICT Solution Services have dedicated teams who, together with ICT Helpdesk, are tasked with the responsibility of day-to-day support for ICT services and applications.
Together, ICT Solution Services and ICT Service Management provide the University with its core information and communication technology services and infrastructure.
