Accessing your email
Central ICT runs a mail server for all staff and students with a UniKey account. This mail server can be accessed via an email client (view setup guides) or via the University WWW mail service.
You can check whether your email address is run through the UniKey server by visiting the WWW mail service and using your UniKey as a log-in.
This mail account will ONLY be available for the length of your enrolment or employment with the University.
Faculty specific email address
A number of faculties run their own mail servers, or use the UniKey server to provide faculty specific email to their staff and students. If your faculty's email is run through the UniKey email server then you can follow our setup guides to setup your mail client and use the WWW mail service.
You can check whether your email address is run through the UniKey server by visiting the WWW mail service and attempting to login (remember to use just your Username not your full email address as your Login name).
If your email address is not run through the UniKey server you should contact your faculty's helpdesk or CSO for information about how to setup and view your email.
