Accepting Cookies

Your browser must be set to accept cookies. Cookies set by this service will expire after a specified period of time. If you are still using a service which requires authentication, you will be asked to authenticate again.
Setting your browser to accept cookies:

Netscape 4x

Edit—>Preferences—>Advanced—>Accept All Cookies
Choose Edit from the Menu Bar, then select Preferences. From the left hand side of the dialog box, choose Advanced. Ensure the radio button next to Accept All Cookies is selected. If not, click once on the radio button. You may also want to select the box for Warn me before accepting a cookie. Click OK when you are finished.

Netscape 6

Edit–>Preferences–>Advanced–>Cookies–>Accept All Cookies
Use the same procedure as for version 4x. There is one added step - choose Cookies after youhave expanded the Advanced Menu. Then continue as above.
If you have trouble authenticating using Netscape 6 we suggest trying a different version of Netscape or Internet Explorer.

Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE)

You must have the security settings at medium within Internet Explorer. This will allow the appropriate cookies to be set. To do this:
Tools—>Internet Options—>Security
Click on the Internet icon in the top left hand corner and ensure the toggle below the icon is set at medium. If it is not, drag it to the correct setting. Repeat this process for the Intranet icon.
