University owned student housing

Welcome to the University Owned Student Housing website where you can find out all you need to know about the housing managed by Investment and Capital Management at Sydney University. The housing is located on the following three campuses:

Camperdown / Darlington campuses – suitable for all courses located on Camperdown and Darlington campuses, Mallet Street, Burren Street, Rozelle and for the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, and the Faculty of Dentistry. Students residing in main campus housing are generally from overseas, interstate and intrastate with little or no living away from home skills. They are typically aged between 17 and 21 years old, first year undergraduate students who are studying full time. Please note: Students who fall outside of the selection criteria and have special needs or requirements should still forward an application for consideration.

Camden Campus – home to the Faculty of Veterinary Science and the Faculty of Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources.

Cumberland Campus – home to Faculty of Health Sciences.

All this housing is completely owned by the University, is managed by University Staff and is non denominational.
