Digital Rights Management
With the advent of the opportunities enabled by flexible learning technologies comes the realization that the control of Intellectual property is a complex and non-trivial exercise.
The area of Digital Rights Management (DRM) is an ever-growing one and iTEV and The University are constantly reviewing the way that this is done.
The University does currently have policy with respect to Intellectual Property, known as The University of Sydney (Intellectual Property) Rule 2002. This rule is exercised with respect to the content and usage of any digitally based material. A guide to the rule is available here
If you have any questions relating to DRM and your project please do not hesitate to contact us.
