Teaching Performance Indicators

The following Teaching Performance Indicators are the basis for calculating the Teaching Dividend payment to faculties:

  1. Student Progress Rate (SPR):

  2. First to Second Year Retention:

  3. SCEQ Good Teaching Scale
    * SCEQ Time Series, Undergraduates: % Agreement, Good Teaching Scale
    *SCEQ Time Series, Undergraduates: Good Teaching Scale Difference from G08/G07 Average Score
  4. SCEQ Generic Skills
