It Worked for me
There are many good teaching practices developed as part of corporate activities, such as participation in projects developed by ITL Strategic Working Groups.
There are also many good teaching practices developed independently by our staff across the University, its faculties, schools and disciplines. The "It Worked For Me" database is one means where staff can share their best practice with colleagues and develop informal networks of staff interested in similar pedagogic issues.
Staff are able to self-report their teaching practices and activities that enhanced student learning in the It Worked for Me database.

Please note that the University has a more formal Best Practice Database. The Best Practice Database collects practices that have been formally endorsed either through an Academic Board Review or a Vice-Chancellor's Award.
