Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)
The Certificate IV program is a nationally accredited management course leading to an internationally recognised qualification. The University covers the costs for participating staff so there is no fee to the participant.
The program involves the following 8 units of competency:
- Develop Teams and Individuals
- Develop Work Priorities
- Promote Team Effectiveness
- Implement Effective Workplace Relationships
- Implement an Operational Plan
- Monitor a Safe Workplace
- Promote Innovation and Change
- Implement Continuous Improvement.
These units will be covered through course attendance and workplace-based activities.

Target Audience
