Diploma in Business (Frontline Management)

Building on the Certificate IV in Business is the Diploma of Business. To enrol you must have completed Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management).

The program consists of a one-day workshop and a six months Continuous Improvement project which must be documented in a substantial assignment.

The units covered in the Diploma are:

  • Managing Projects
  • Managing Quality Customer Service
  • Managing staff.
