Future Leaders Program

The Future Leaders Program will consist of two different courses.

The first entitled Managing People is aimed at those with some experience in managing staff who are seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities.

The second program entitled Leadership Development is aimed at more experienced staff who would like a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of leadership and of the markers of effective performance in the university context.
