Learning Advisors are available to work with faculties and teams to enhance the use of PM&D in building performance and development both for individuals and work groups. Learning Solutions will design a customised response in consultation with local managers that will vary depending on the need identified (eg. refresher workshops for reviewers, advice to reviewers about managing specific aspects of the PM&D process, information on how PM&D impacts on performance progression and bonuses).
