Maureen Noonan is a graduate of the University of Sydney and a solicitor in private practice in Sydney. She is also admitted to practice in England and has worked for some years in Europe, where she had considerable experience in international sale of goods, licensing, franchising and finance. Ms Noonan has previously taught at other universities and institutions abroad. |
