Nurse Researcher required

The Health Informatics Research and Evaluation Unit currently seeks a Nurse Researcher to examine the impact of computerised information systems on medication administration and preparation processes before and after the introduction of a medication management system. This challenging and diverse role is an outstanding opportunity to develop specialist skills as you collaborate with leading researchers.
Applying your meticulous attention to detail, you will undertake direct observations of nursing staff prepare and administer medications using the designed data collection tools and maintain the research database. A confident communicator, you will be at ease as you liaise with a broad range of stakeholders, coordinate and train casual staff and prepare progress reports.
This is a great opportunity to participate in research and have the ability to combine clinical skills within a research project. Furthermore, this position will give you the opportunity to enhance your research skills and experience.
This position is full-time fixed-term for 12 months; however part-time hours may also be available.
Remuneration package: $72,620 - $78,324 pro-rata.
