With diseases of the brain and mind accounting for 40% of all illnesses, drug discovery and innovation have an important role to play in improving treatment and prevention of Alzheimer's disease, depression, substance abuse and other mental illness.
The Symposium will bring together over 17 leading International and Australian experts in medicinal chemistry, drug discovery and development, as well as pharmaceutical industry representation. This fusion of science and industry will allow for the exchange of pioneering knowledge and ideas on disease prevention and enhanced treatment options.
