Judge Kenneth Keith has been a member of more than 10 national courts and international tribunals, including the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of New Zealand, the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, appeal courts in the Pacific, and tribunals concerned with state responsibility, fisheries, and trade and investment. Since 2006 he has been one of the 15 Judges of the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
His presentationwill discuss some of the similarities and differences between those bodies in terms of their composition, their procedures and the substance of their decision making.
