QUITOBER 09 CHALLENGE - QUIT SMOKING DURING OCTOBER

The University, through OHS & Injury Management, is providing sponsorship to help staff to quit smoking during October as part of the Quitober 09 Challenge.

Sign up for the Challenge on the Quitober website. The initial cost is $31 which is refunded back to you, as part of the University’s sponsorship, if you quit successfully during the month of October.

Each participant receives a Quitober pack and a daily newsletter during Quitober with quitting tips and testimonials. Smokers who signup online before Wednesday 30 September, go into the draw to win a return flight to Phuket with Air Asia.
