Procurement Services

Procurement Services works in partnership with the University and external suppliers to achieve efficiencies, cost reductions and fair value for money in the procurement of goods and services. Our responsibilities include managing the tender process, building and maintaining good supplier relationships, identifying where savings can be made and ensuring that the goods and services received continue to support the University's objectives.

Forward tenders

To help us support the University to achieve timely delivery and best value for money in its procurement activities, it is important that we gain early visibility each year of the key goods and services you require. To facilitate this process, a request has been issued to all Deans and Professional Services Directors to nominate a representative with whom we can liaise to identify any goods and services procurement projects valued over $A200,000. We appreciate the Faculty's and Professional Services' support in this initiative.
