Professional Support Unit Reviews

The first phase of Professional Support Unit Reviews was completed in 2005. In 2006 a Review was undertaken with the view of bringing greater alignment between the Administrative Services Reviews and the Academic Board Reviews.

In September 2007 the University commenced implementation of the cycle 3 Academic Board reviews, based on the 2007 Baldrige National Quality Program Education Criteria for Performance Excellence. The University is currently adapting the guidelines to facilitate reviews of the Professional Support Units using the same process. It is anticipated that the guidelines will be finalized in the first quarter of 2008.
