The ultimate goal of an interactive display system would be to allow direct interaction with multiple large wall-sized displays using nothing but our own hand. This research will build on previous work and take another step further towards this goal.
This project investigates a mathematical model of the user interaction with a large display system based on the pointing action. The proposed system utilizes various computer vision techniques to construct a monocular camera system, which allow a user to interact with a large display from a distance using their own bare-hand.
