ARC Linkage Project Grant Scheme
A Linkage Project is a research project funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC) and jointly initiated and undertaken by the University together with an industry partner. The scheme matches cash and in-kind contributions by industry to fund specific projects as well as Australian Postdoctoral Fellowships (Industry) and Australian Postgraduate Awards (Industry).

ARC Linkage Infrastructure and Equipment Faculilities is funding equipment and facilities based in Sydney to develop high quality research facilities and resources in the higher education sector.

Co-operative Research Centres Program (CRCs)
Co-operative Research Centres (CRCs) are long-term national and international collaborative ventures between outstanding research groups from universities, CSIRO and other government laboratories and private industry. CRCs are formed to conduct substantial, long term collaborative research and development efforts which will contribute to national objectives.
Agricultural, Fishing, Forestry and Food Industries (AFFA)
AFFA in partnership with industries invests in Research and Development to achieve better productivity and deliver high quality products which underpins the competitiveness and profitability of Australia's agricultural, fish and forestry industries. R&D and innovation also supports sustainability of primary production and the natural resource base.
